How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on orders over £100. Under £100, Royal Mail Tracked 48hr is £3.50, or choose Royal Mail Tracked 24hr for £4.99. We also deliver to the EU and selected countries worldwide; the rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
What is your returns policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in the condition received and in their original packaging. Opened ball tubes cannot be returned. Full returns policy
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. A box of 24 tubes of padel balls is £109 (a single tube is £6), and a tub of 60 overgrips is £64.99. For larger orders, clubs and resellers, see Partner with us.
Which racket should I choose?

Is there a warranty?
Yes. ZYLO rackets come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
