Refund policy

ZYLO Padel Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@zylopadel.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@zylopadel.com.

ZYLO Padel Racket Warranty Policy

At ZYLO, we stand behind the quality of our rackets. Every ZYLO racket is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects, giving you confidence in your equipment and the freedom to back your move.

Warranty period

Our manufacturer’s warranty lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase and applies to ZYLO rackets purchased directly from ZYLO or an authorised retailer.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

What is covered?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects that arise during normal, intended use of the racket, including defects in the frame, face, core or other components.

Examples may include:

  • Structural defects caused by faulty materials or manufacturing.

  • Delamination or separation of racket components resulting from a manufacturing defect.

  • Other manufacturing faults that affect the racket’s normal performance.

Each claim will be assessed individually to determine whether the issue is a manufacturing defect.

What is not covered?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidental impacts, including hitting walls, fences, the court, another racket or other objects.

  • Misuse, abuse or use outside the racket’s intended purpose.

  • Normal wear and tear, including surface wear, scratches, scuffs and cosmetic damage.

  • Damage caused by improper storage, excessive heat or other unsuitable conditions.

  • Unauthorised repairs, alterations or modifications.

  • Damage that is not the result of a manufacturing defect.

Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the racket’s performance are not covered unless they result from a manufacturing defect.

How to make a warranty claim

If you believe your racket has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at Info@ZYLOpadel.com with:

  1. Your order number or proof of purchase.

  2. Clear photographs of the racket and the affected area.

  3. A brief description of the issue and how it occurred.

We may request additional photographs or ask for the racket to be returned for inspection.

What happens next?

Once we have assessed your claim, we will confirm whether the issue is covered by the warranty. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

If the same racket is no longer available, we may offer a suitable alternative where appropriate.

If a claim is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will explain the reason for our decision. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is an additional benefit and does not affect your statutory rights. Under UK consumer law, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. You may have rights to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where goods do not meet these requirements, including in some circumstances after the 12-month warranty period has expired.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
