12-month warranty. ZYLO rackets come with a 12-month warranty. If a manufacturing defect appears, get in touch and we’ll assess your claim.
What’s covered
Every ZYLO racket bought from ZYLO or an authorised retailer has a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. It covers manufacturing defects arising in normal use, including defects in the frame, face, core or other components, such as structural faults or delamination caused by a manufacturing defect.
What’s not covered
Accidental impacts (walls, fences, the court, another racket), misuse, normal wear and tear including scratches and scuffs, damage from improper storage or excessive heat, unauthorised repairs or modifications, and any damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.
How to make a claim
Email info@zylopadel.com with your order number or proof of purchase, clear photos of the racket and the affected area, and a short description of the issue. We may ask for more photos or for the racket to be returned for inspection. If a defect is confirmed, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
